For years politicians, philosophers, future forecasters and the rest of us have been debating what can be done in the workplace to make people happy or even happier. For many people this is an unknown – they accept going to work is an essential part of life – and if it makes you happy then that is regarded as a bonus!

Since 2020 because of Covid-19 people have had time to re-assess what they like, or do not like about their own current situation and have already made or are making vast changes in how they live, work, earn a living and want from life.

Governments around the world are being asked to help with a new, very different sets of expectations by the workforce such as:

better working conditions at the workplace – including nurseries for children
the necessity of travelling to work on a daily basis now that there is the advanced technology available that means jobs/work can be done from home
thus offering more personal time to pursue the worker’s own interests and family commitments
establish real flexible timetables to suit both employers and employees

Update your 2022 diaries with training for workers at all levels

Whether you are a manager, director, safety representative, supervisors or worker it is time to

check out the training needed in your workplace.
