Sheila Pantry OBE
The current economic climate is occupying everyone - workers, managers, directors, owners, unions alike, but it is still very important to ensure good health and safety in the workplaces. The message is "Don't let health and safety slip off the agenda"!
Everyone must make sure that the practices and systems in the workplace are constantly reviewed and if necessary, improved. This review may also indicate training requirements and updates and re-thinking how systems and services can be improved. This month's FOCUS article reflects what the ITUC are advising.
