2020 will certainly be remembered worldwide by everyone because of the Covid-19 pandemic that raised numerous challenges for workplaces and industries, health services, governments and wider society and the international community at large. If anything, the debate on climate change and its effect on public health was just gathering momentum when late in 2019, Covid-19 was identified as the microbial agent causing a severe viral pneumonia in several patients epidemiologically linked to a seafood market in Wuhan, in China’s Hubei province.
Since then, there has been rapid spread of Covid-19 as it was named, across the World with well documented commentaries, research reports, guidance, advice, training and statistical knowledge and more.
Because of the vaccines rapid developments by the magnificent scientists we are now finding that worldwide people, businesses, governments, international organisations and agencies, professional bodies, educationalists, travel experts and many more have started to think about the changes needed, the challenges that continue to present themselves and most importantly are asking and finding solutions and seeking funding for example:
