03/90 APOLOGIES
Councillor L Waller was ill and unable to attend.
03/91 APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
There were no amendments.
The minutes were signed as a correct record.
03/92 MATTERS ARISING
1. 03/79
Clerk had spoken to an officer at the Inland Revenue. A payment
book would now be sent to him and payments could begin.
2. 03/81
Mosley had accompanied the structural engineer on his inspection of
the three sports pavilions. Although the report had not yet been received
it was unlikely that this would highlight any particularly serious
problems.
3. 03/82(3)
Gregory had looked at the site after studying the submitted plans
and could se no cause for objecting to the application.
4. 03/89(3)
Chairman reported on the delivery of questionnaires 121 of which
had been returned to date. Returned questionnaires would be analysed by
the Consultant and interim and final reports prepared. The next meeting
was in the village hall at 7.30pm on 3rd December.

Chairman the problems with the Kiveton Park Tip so far as Todwick
was concerned were road safety problems with lorries going to and from it,
mud on the road and the type of materials carried by the vehicles.
Discussion took place on the green waste proposal at Anston, the tipping
of unacceptable material on the field adjacent to the public right of way
to Anston from Kiveton Lane and the refusal of RMBC's Dumpit Site at
Anston to accept rubbish collected by the Village Maintenance Contractor.
Resolved that the Clerk send an appropriate letter to RMBC.

Clerk had asked Hobson's Nurseries to quote for the provision and
maintenance

Gregory would serve as the Local Rights of Way Officer and liase
with RMBC as necessary.
03/97 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
There were no applications to report.
03/98 COMMITTEES
There were no committee meetings to report or comments to make.
03/99 ALLOTMENTS
There were matters to discuss.
03/100 BUDGET
Discussion took place with reference to the list produced in minute 03/85.
Resolved that
The tarmaced area at the recreation ground be increased by a further
81 square metres and surrounded by a 1.2 metre high flat topped steel
fence.
Clerk would seek quotations for the work on receipt of further
information from Councillor B Waller.
The quotation for supply and maintenance of hanging baskets in the
centre of the village be considered once details of the Borough
Council's assistance had been received.
The Basketball Association be asked to supply new netting
03/101 VILLAGE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Mosley reported on his activities throughout the month.
03/102 BONFIRE
Mosley reported on the very successful event and thanked Councillor
Langford for his considerable help.
Langford gave details of an incident after the event when he had
been threatened by youths that had been throwing live fireworks onto the
embers of the bonfire.
03/103 URGENT ITEMS
Clerk was instructed to report the following:-
