Todwick Ramblers Club - Annual Meeting 2007

Todwick Ramblers Club held its annual meeting on 12 November 2007 in the Village Hall.

A synopsis of the meeting is as follows:

• The Secretary reported that the monthly rambles in and around Todwick had been maintained despite the adverse weather conditions encountered during June and July 2007.
• Membership of the Club has increased, and it is hoped that the Club may be able to include further rambles in the coming year, probably midweek and further afield.
• All officers and committee members were re-elected. Two new members E. Calladine and T. Calladine were also co-opted onto the committee.
• Two amendments to the constitution were accepted to conform to the Club 3rd Party Liability Insurance underwriters requirements.
• 11 footpath reports relating to problems with the local footpath network have been forwarded to the Rights of Way Department at Rotherham Borough Metropolitan Council.
• It was agreed that the annual membership fee for the Club should remain at £7.00 commencing 1 November 2007.
