Sheila Pantry OBE
November 2007
The UK National Stress Awareness campaign aims to present a more
positive, proactive and manageable approach to stress management. There
are many causes of stress and when these build up they undermine people's
natural ability to cope, leaving them tired, and anxious, irritable and
making stress more infectious.
National Stress Awareness Day - 7th November 2007 is an annual event
organized by the International Stress management Association. To find out
how you can participate please visit www.nsad.org.uk.
Talk to someone who will listen. Lines only open on National Stress
Awareness Day 8am - 8pm. 0800 030 4786
National Ban Bullying at Work Day - 7th November 2007
